Exactly what I expected it to be Folding mechanism is very well designed. I am a professor and ride across campus to class. The folding feature allows me to easily pop and carry my board without making a spectacle of myself. Haha. The trucks could be a bit better, the wheels could be a bit smoother, and the battery really needs an upgrade. If I’m looking for portability (on campus, museum hopping in DC), this is my board. If i am cruising for comfort, I definitely prefer my Backfire boards. This board is exactly what I expected it to be.

Customer service problems My name is Ralph Jones jr. And I haven't been able to access my account since I purchased my item, I didn't realize that it would take this long for my item to arrive and that it was being shipped overseas I wish my experience could have been better. I've been trying to get in contact numerous amounts of times to be able to access my account and there hasn't been anything done, please improve on this.

The perfect travel Companion Fast service and kind staff. Very personal eMail responses. The board itself is nicely crafted and i used a lot in the last two weeks. The perfect companion for traveling - it even fits into my hand luggage suitcase ;) The folding and locking system works super reliable, there was no need for manual adjustments. I'm super happy

Mature, robust, and really fun The boardup is a genius invention. It made my commute so much faster and fun. The opening and closing mechanism is so easy and confortable to use (got it right the first times, these videos with people struggling to spin it open don't make justice to the latest revisions). Only minor downside is the package that arrived in not perfect shape with the manual sheet teared, but it's all forgiven once you start riding it.

With some tweaking it works like it should With some tweaking, the boards work as intended. I wish they did a disclaimer that practicing the twisting opening method would sometimes cause the board to flip dark side, and damage the deck tape. I bought two boards, one was great out of the box, the other needed adjusting of the cable collar
