Is this being shipped from the Moon? Is this being shipped from the Moon? Placed my order 9th of November, sender despatched 11th November. Royal Mail tracking say they haven't received it 13 days later. This was for a going away present, purchased almost three weeks before my friend's departure. A huge let down. EDIT: The order came two days after my friend left the country. They flagged my review as not being genuine to Trustpilot to try and get it taken down. I have provided my invoice in response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

My brother was very pleased with his… My brother was very pleased with his shirt for his birthday gift however I was slightly disappointed at how long the item took to be delivered. I also brought two with the plan of sending back the one that didn't fit however the website now seems to be not working. Have been attempting to check for about a week.

High quality product and superb customer service The shirt is high quality and my son loved it! Had to exchange for a bigger size and the communication was superb. Second shirt arrived today. Friendly, efficient service and a great product. What more could you ask for?

Poor Paid for an order just before christmas. An email is received explaining that it would take a month to have the jersey. I wait a month, nothing. Upon emailing a month later, they tell me that it's out of stock but would I like to wait a month. I wait another month, nothing. Upon emailing them they then ask me again to wait another month, when I explained that this was exactly the same as the last email they'd sent, they told me that i could chose between a different jersey or a refund. So essentially it took several months for this company to tell me a jersey was "out of stock" whilst they held my money. Two stars is generous.

Decent quality - shame about my shirt though Good communication. Slight issue with delivery status but that’s because I was sent a tracking number for the wrong postal service being based in Canada. Main issue for a 3 star was because the shirt wasn’t correct with the colouring slightly off. I know what I was getting into and perhaps easier colours to get right than this one also. I did wait to see if the company responded to my feedback but haven’t had anything since sending the photo. Overall if you get the right shirt it delivers in good time and the overall quality is good. Just a shame about my one.
