Carrus.io - Great Resource, Appalling Videocall Platform Carrus.io is an amazing resource to find great coaches. However, considering some coaches charge a lot for their time (which is truly fair!), the Whereby conferencing tool used by the platform is appalling! Audio and video quality are extremely poor! No way of actually getting my money's worth! Replace Whereby as it's appalling and you're losing customers!

While there was a calendar mixup before my intake call, the rep was able to get back to me promptly by email with what I needed to know. The suggested coaches had multiple price points.
