I would give them 5 stars I would give them 5 stars, but the event lacked direction as to where to be when, where to go next, and what line you are to stand in, so you don't get missed. The experience itself was 5 stars. The staff, from the pretty lady that checked us in, onto the well spoke instructor at driving school, then onto the ride along driver and finally the pit crew for the ride alone were all 5 stars. We saw people of all ages, all types, and all having a blast. Maybe you have a health concern well they help you to the best they can. I met a wonderful 86-year-old man that walked slowly with a cane, yet he drove fast like a race car driver. You can bring family and friends to watch or drive with you. A 5-star experience.

Loved the experience! Happy Father's Day to me! What a great experience I had today at MIS. Each employee was very professional yet light hearted to make you feel comfortable. Shout out to Art our instructor who did a fabulous job explaining all of the driving aspects. I did the ride along first as suggested. That helped me understand the groove we had to stay in when driving. Thank you to all employees for making my Father's Day gift amazing!

I thought the ride along was a waste of… I thought the ride along was a waste of money. Was expecting some guidance or instruction from the “professional” and did not get one word besides “hello”. Short track experience is also a bust. Was off the accelerator more that on it. Won’t do it again at these prices. Not even sure I got my full 10 laps. Was over, literally, in 5 minutes. Maybe an experience on a real speedway would offer more fun and excitement. Shared these feelings in an email directly to the company the next day and got zero response. Guess they’re really not interested in hearing directly from their customers???

My wife purchased this as a gift not… My wife purchased this as a gift not realizing it's a grift...they take your money and are absolutely inflexible when life happens. I mean, as a business you would think they'd understand something like someone getting sick and needing to reschedule. But they cling to their no-refund policy which isn't clearly communicated up-front, and are completely inflexible changing up when things happen. This is just one of those things that sounds cool to do, but there are better companies out there with more flexibility that you can do this with. I'd steer clear of these folks. Should've known working with an org whose namesake could only eek out 55 wins in 706 races.

While doing the ride along the… While doing the ride along the Professional driver crashed the car. I suffered with neck pain and bruises. I asked for refund only for my horrible experience and I'm still waiting. My emails are being ignored. Please use extreme caution when paying for The Rusty Wallace driving experience
