Awful service- buy elsewhere … Terrible robotic customer service- received a boxing shoe that did not fit. It is a full size bigger than any others I own. I think it is a manufacturer error. I contacted title for an exchange. They will not. Furthermore they only offer robotic chat service (no phone). They want me to return (fine), and repurchase a smaller size of the exact shoe without the welcome promo I received, and pay shipping again. They offered zero understanding. This is not customer friendly or make sense. I’m trying to get the same item. I paid $119 after discount! Also my son will still not have shoes for another 10 days! I’m very disappointed and frustrated.

The worst company to buy any boxing… The worst company to buy any boxing equipment. Cheap, poorly made, ignorant customer service and no loyalty whatsoever. Stay away from the timers and anything electronic, cheap, most don't work upon arrival, highest shipping charges in any industry. Would love to spend my vacation next year visiting their corporate office.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE This place will not cancel your membership properly. They will continue to charge you as this is membership based. They continue to charge you once you cancel or attempt to cancel . Then if they cant charge you they will send a debt collector after you. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. Also this place is not BBB accredited. I wonder why?

DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT. I moved to the area near title boxing and I signed a contract because I had started a job and I was going to be living there for a while and unfortunate events happened in my life and I had to move back home which is over 2 hours away. They refused to cancel the contract and they are either trying to make me pay my monthly fee or buy out the contract. Even though I was attending regularly and there is no gym near me. There are no exceptions made they will try to collect whatever money they can no matter if you moved and can not attend. there is no gym near me the closest title gym to me now as 2 hours and they are still trying to make me pay. Luckily my card expired and now dealing with collection threats, corporate doesn't care. Find a small local gym and help out local businesses. LESSON LEARNED

I would give them zero stars if I could… I would give them zero stars if that were an option. No way to call customer service, it's infuriating! The gloves were garbage and velcro facing the wrong direction but I HAD TO PAY TO RETURN THEM which is bull****. This day and age you can't include a return label and offer free shipping on returns?? I would NEVER buy anything from title boxing again.
