GBTimely service as promised I appreciated receiving my new Dry-Joy DNA golf shoes from your company. The order arrived as promised, and I thought the value was excellent. I appreciated the free two-day UPS Ground service along with the tracking information. The only negative that I have is that I receive too many emails from your company. I think you would be better served by sending only one email per week with the specials for that week included. I hope you will accept this input as constructive criticism, as that is how it is intended. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback! GM

GBBack order or just processing Ordered putter cover which has been processing now for over three weeks no contact from golf headquarters or any indication of when it might ship.

GBSent wrong item I ordered a hat size S/M they shipped a L/XL. When I called they said hat only came L/XL,; when I told them I golfed with someone wearing the hat size S/M they acknowledged they didn't send what I ordered and sent me a shipping label to return hat. It's a bummer they didn't ship what I ordered.

GBService was ok The purchasing experience was quick and easy but the shipping service is awful!! Didn't arrive on the day it said it would and still haven't received the item yet. I would gladly order from them again as long as there is a better shipping option

Your prices were very reasonable, great selection,&I called to check on my order by phone (nice person) quoted me that it would be here by Wednesday- to my surprise- package was there Tuesday! !!!Very Satisfied &would recommend your site to anyone!
