Person I spoke to was abrupt, could care less about the fact I had just spent $200 with them and was unwilling to help with reasonable solution. Will never purchase from this company again.

Completely saitisfied with product. GolfBuddy Voice GPS was everything as advertised, and I received it only 2 days after ordering(very impressive). The only problem was when I hit the ball in another fairway, but enough about my problems. I would recommend product to others.

His younger brother told us how his children purchased this GPS watch for him for Father's Day and gave it to him early. Thank God they did because it gave me an opportunity to order one for my husband. I went online Wednesday evening June 11th and ordered it and it arrived Thursday June 12th with FREE SHIPPING!! He has used it three times now and can't believe the accuracy it provides and the assistance in choosing the correct club. Anyone who enjoys golf must have this product!!!

I ordered a Skycaddie for 2 day … I ordered a Skycaddie for 2 day delivery. It was supposed to have arrived yesterday but didn't show up. I called customer service today and was told that it didn't make it to the post office. No apologies, no resolution and a rep who hung up on me without a good solution. Unacceptable and I will never be using, nor recommend, this company again.
