Good Product, bad service I got a good product for a good price, no problems there. The issues formed when I wanted to get some sort of documentation describing the operation of my product. It came with no user manual or datasheet, so I asked their support team for help. They did not provide me with documentation, but tried to diagnose my problem via email. When I asked about how to attach a momentary switch, the response was "yes". I asked for clarification, and they never responded. I ended up solving the problem through experimentation. So don't buy anything unless you don't need help figuring it out.

Its been 6 weeks since I placed my … Its been 6 weeks since I placed my order and I still don't have my products. Every time I contact costumer service, they give my the run around and no answer to why I haven't received my products! To top it off LedEqupped, has charged my credit card.

Incorrect product sent... Ordered red and blue TIR3 visor light bar, plus white takedowns. Paid extra for next day air. Received blue only with no white takedowns. More than a little irritated. And based on the recent reviews I've seen I don't think I'll be contacted by support so I might have my bank flag this transaction for fraud if I don't get a prompt response from the company. The only good thing about this entire experience was the shipping, fast and easy.

Can't get any response from company I ordered the fusion tag light bracket combo. The 6 diode fusion led lights arrived with cocked, misaligned lenses. Which gave my install a "cheap" or "janky" appearance. I contacted led equipped 3 times with no response. So just be aware that if you order from them... it's here ya go... not what you were expecting? Well... we don't care, if you wanted quality should have used other website. We cheap for a reason
