not happy. It took over three weeks for "in stock" items to arrive. These were birdie presents and I was late in giving them as a result. When the goods arrived I found that i'd been charged for a duplicate item - two identical putting mats arrived. All in all I'm not at all happy with the store and won't shop here again. Sorry for the poor review but this was a bad experience that i won;t be repeating.

Betrayed 283 GBP! I am still waiting for me refund of 283 GBP! Betrayers of golfstoreeurope! I used to order a lot of stuff in this shop and I always was very happy with the way they communicated with me. Now, after ordering 2 new clubs, they used my trust in them to postpone and postpone until I could not take back my money via papyal anymore! They confirmed the cancellation of my order but now they are not responding to anything. I will take them to court! Very disappointing!

Worst online store ever Tried to cancel an order by mail and phone. They never picked up the phone (more then 100 attempts in a week) and never replied my 10 e-mails. Booked my creditcard right away of course. Still waiting for my money in return. Ignore this company, do not order. It is a disgrace they call themself an internet company.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service My clubs were stolen during transportation, and it has been impossible to get any reply from the customer service. I have no idea if they have started to produce new custom fitted clubs or not. It is simply impossible to reach them. Money has been withdrawn from my credit card, and I have no idea if/when I will get my clubs. I have bought things from them before, and then everything was ok, but this is unacceptable

No warranty service No warranty service despite the legal 2 year warranty. No response whatever form the store on mail. And if you buy throughout Amazon hey provide only a 90 days warranty service policy so ;-(
