After multiple tries, I had to write to customer services. Their response acted like it was my fault. There were garbage fees that weren't disclosed until the checkout process. Product quality is good, which is the reason that the score isn't 1 or 2 stars

Used it at our Grandson's little league… Used it at our Grandson's little league football game..very comfortable. Lots of Compliments but others not good with cost.

Surfing year-round in New England is straight up COLD and unforgiving. The parka immediately made pre and post surfs much more tolerable. I've been using my parka for 3+ years and it is still in great condition.
