Customer service is important! I ordered a vest and unfortunately it did not fit as I'd hoped. However, the return process was very easy and my refund was quick. I will definitely order from Biker Universe again. They sell quality merchandise at a great price!

Outstanding!! What made my experience with Biker’s Universe OUTSTANDING was the customer care I received. The first vest that I ordered was too small. I called for a return authorization. I spoke with a live person, and he not only issued my return authorization, but he made sure I received my follow up order the very next day. Now that’s what I call service! He was very polite and extremely efficient. I will definitely order from Biker’s Universe again. I have also suggested to my friends and family members that they order from them as well.

Don’t trust this company Company gave me the run around about exchanging vest to a different size. Have called several times to be told someone will call me back to no avail. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
