It has been resolved now with the product. Customer service has been updated and is better than before! The product I received is of extreme quality and the price is right. Outstanding!! What made my experience with Biker’s Universe OUTSTANDING was the customer care I received. The first vest that I ordered was too small. I called for a return authorization. I spoke with a live person, and he not only issued my return authorization, but he made sure I received my follow up order the very next day. Now that’s what I call service! He was very polite and extremely efficient. I will definitely order from Biker’s Universe again. I have also suggested to my friends and family members that they order from them as well.
