GB5k beginner I use the 5k training plan and it has been going great so far! I have background experience running track and field in sprints, but not in distance. Since having a baby and trying to rebuild my abdominal strength, the 5k program has been amazing! I can do the workouts with my baby in a jogger, and the workouts are 3 or 4 days a week. HIGHLY recommend to anyone and everyone who wants to build some running endurance!

It is unusual to find a group of people who are so committed to help runners achieve their goals and improve, and I’ve been impressed with the amount of love, care and dedication of the Vert team. Besides, the platform is the best out there and keeps improving, training plans are top quality, and after over a year training with Vert I’ve seen massive tangible results, and totally injury-free. I’m preparing for the Mont Blanc 90k in June and feeling very confident after the last year’s training with the Vert’s team support. There is no other platform like this. Full stop.

AUInjury free prep for a 50km event After years of battling injuries on & off I was looking for something that would get me ready for a 50km event & I’m pleased to say I found it! I’ve probably put in the most consistent training I’ve had in years & the plan delivered exactly what I needed. Check-ins with my coach & flexibility with the plan made sure it all managed to fit in a pretty hectic work schedule.
