Ordered 2 of these for granddaughters… Ordered 2 of these for granddaughters for Christmas on 11/29. The site said 5-8 day shipping, but we just received them on 12/14. One of the boards was not complete. One of the wheel apparatus was completely off the board (thank God screws and nuts were in bottom of box) and the other wheel apparatus was not secure on board. Thankfully my husband was able to finish putting board together...hopefully correctly! I ordered from this company because they seemed to be professional skateboard company....I was disappointed in careless construction of “completed” board.

Of course, customer support was always friendly and patient, answering all my questions and helping out to the best of their abilities. Will definitely be buying more Braille products!

Braille is an excellent company! Customer service is everything and Braille totally goes above and beyond to help with whatever you may need! They had quick responses and good to the point texts. excellent shipping time. I got my package before I could even blink! Also, the two decks I've gotten from them are excellent! Great company and looking forward to doing business with them in the future!

Amazing customer service I got a defective product, and was IMMEDIATELY met with the best customer service I have ever received in the skateboard industry. Problem was resolved with no obstacle or hassle. Only been a customer a few times, but products AND service, so far, so good 👍

Honestly Honestly, I wasn’t in the market for a new board, until I noticed stress cracks on the main board I’ve been re-learning on (I’m 45 & got back into skateboarding last November) I’ve been watching vids on the Braille YouTube channel, & they have been great tutorials for this old guy. That being said, when I decided to buy a new deck, I felt it only fair to support the Braille brand, & ordered the Hades deck. I couldn’t be happier with it! It was shipped & arrived very quick.
