Perfect On Braille's Side Overall the ordering process and product are great, the only issue I had was with shipping. For some reason FedEx is really unreliable in my area (Rural Oklahoma) and I got my package a few days late, so maybe a different shipping option like UPS would help? Other than that no complaints!

My son's first board This year is my son's 10th birthday and it shares the same week that Christmas falls on. After finding Braille videos on Facebook my son and I got into watching them together. He doesn't know it yet but he's getting his first skateboard which I know he's going to love. Especially since his friend just got a board recently. The Braille team inspires activity and as a father I appreciate that. The ready-to-ride board we got was high quality and and the customer service was fantastic! Robby was beyond amazing encouraging each of our kids during their lesson- he even taught our 5 year old how to Ollie! A bunch of the Braille team stopped by and were the most welcoming crew. Ordered 2 of these for granddaughters… Ordered 2 of these for granddaughters for Christmas on 11/29. The site said 5-8 day shipping, but we just received them on 12/14. One of the boards was not complete. One of the wheel apparatus was completely off the board (thank God screws and nuts were in bottom of box) and the other wheel apparatus was not secure on board. Thankfully my husband was able to finish putting board together...hopefully correctly! I ordered from this company because they seemed to be professional skateboard company....I was disappointed in careless construction of “completed” board.
