Shipping I paid for express shipping so that I could get my order before my ski trip and they did not arrive in time. I wish I had not paid for express shipping since I did not receive my order in the range of business days that I was promised. Very frustrating!

Incredibly small gloves Incredibly small gloves. Buy one or two sizes up. They seem to be well made but unlike other North Face gloves that I own of the same size it's all but impossible to get both gloves on, so I have no choice but to return these gloves. Even with just one glove on, I noticed that blood circulation was being cut off to my fingers. I honestly think that the pair that I was sent were mislabeled as the size I purchased would've barely fit me at 10yo, much less at 40yo. If not North Face is in desperate need of a glove sizing chart.
