GBExcellent Customized Coaching I have received excellent mountain bike skills coaching from the get-go with this program. The program teaches cycling-specific calisthenics & movements and technical training. The one-on-one interaction and feedback is speedy, informative, and useful. You get lots of individualized feedback and attention to your specific areas of concern! These folks really know their stuff! Watch a World Cup race and you’ll see the pros executing what they are teaching here. There are also small group live zoom sessions which are interesting and helpful. They start with the basics and place a great deal of emphasis on off-the-bike flexibility and range of motion. I can attest that the “custom movements” make it easier to learn new techniques and exert oneself on the bike. When I started the program, I didn’t know how long-distance skills coaching would work, but I can say now- it works very well! If you put in the time and work hard, you will become a better rider through this program!

GBI’m pretty early in the program so I’ll… I’m pretty early in the program so I’ll start with that. Even in the first few days of the daily movements, I’ve felt an improvement in my overall flexibility and just a basic feeling of being more sure footed both on and off the bike. The direct and most usually, immediate support has been outstanding from day one! I’ll be back to update this review later on in the program, but, as someone who’s 50 and has just gotten back on after a long time off the bike, I’m super stoked!!

GBIncredible program This program has been life changing for me. The daily movement and workout routines are easy enough that I actually do them but challenging enough that I've seen drastic changes in my strength and mobility. I feel so much more confident in my movement than I have in years. And the mountain biking portion is a simple progression once your body is building confidence. Easy to follow seemingly simple movements and body position on the bike that drastically improve riding skills. I'm incredibly stoked that I found this program and would highly recommend to anyone that feels like they have lost a step on the bike and want to get back to, or into, their best riding form.
