GBHappy with Purchase Our order arrived when expected and the products look to be good quality. My daughter likes the skates and says they fit comfortably. Due to the recent heat, we haven't had a chance to use them much, but she's got a few miles under her belt. They seem to be better quality than the inline skates we got at a big box store.

GBSkatePro is customer friendly! I found SkatePro to be a very customer friendly company. They quickly responded to technical questions I had regarding my type of XC skis I purchased. Their shipping was quick, especially when considering they shipped from their European warehouse to our home in the USA. I rate them an excellent sports equipment vendor!

AUNo Australian support They trade under an Australian domain, but do not offer a return service from Australia. Australian buyers look elsewhere. Edit, after response from SkatePro... After buying from an "Australian site" with a 365 day return policy, you would not expect to self fund a return to Denmark.

GBPoor Quality, Terrible service Terrible service. Ordered scooter and wheel had a bad vibration out of the box. I sent them numerous pictures and videos and they just blamed me for causing a flat spot on the wheel even though that's how it was out the box. Paid $200 for a piece of garbage. If your customer service is to blame the customer, you won't last.

GBDelighted I have to say that I was somewhat skeptical when I placed my order for two sets of Head skis; they were a great price and the name of this company didn't really fill me with confidence. However, there was excellent communication from the company, and they checked how we wanted to skis set up. The skis arrived quickly and were set as I had asked. Delighted.
