Protee VX - Wonderful customer experience I had an exceptional experience with this retailer. I'd never ordered from them before and was considering an expensive golf simulator, but was a little worried because the company is relatively new. I contacted the retailer thru the website, and received a prompt and detailed response from one of the owners addressing my potential concerns. I ordered the Protee VX golf simulator through the Paypal option. The retailer sent me delivery updates along the way, to include a personal email on foreign tariffs (which they monitored and paid prior to delivery from the Netherlands) and my activation code. The VX was on backorder (as noted by the retailer), but arrived directly from the manufacturer. Based on this experience, I highly recommend this retailer.
