GBAntony B and Harry M installing Broadband … Had Antony B and Harry M at my home yesterday installing Community Fibre Broadband. They were friendly and helpful. Considerate ( covering shoes before coming in and hoovering up after drilling necessary holes, returning removed furniture etc. Very happy with the work and way they did it.

GBPoor Product, Worse Customer Service My family's FOIL experience has been very poor. We have owned the board for 2 years and have gotten exactly 15 seconds of use. I have spent countless hours on the phone with customer service and was forced to send back different components for repairs on multiple occasions. Each time a part was returned, yet the Board never worked. The company, after a while, starts to target the consumer and try to blame them for the product failing to work. If i could give a zero rating I would. I would strongly urge those in the market to look elsewhere.

GBNEW Foil board carbon fiber DEFECT The foil board I purchased was used a total of 8 times. On the last ride, the carbon fiber foil fin sheared off. Nothing was hit in the water and the board was not dropped. After falling the fin completely came off. When looking at the fin you can clearly see a bubble in the carbon fiber due to manufacturing defect. After this happened I emailed the support team with photos and the support manager (Kyle Roarke) accused me of falling incorrectly and would not replace the carbon fiber foil fin under warranty. He accused me of lying and wrote me a clear email that he will not be replacing the fin but I can purchase one at a reduced cost. Obviously, this was not acceptable for a $9k board with upgrades. Get Foil, I purchased your board because you are USA made, designed and assembled. Your sales team was clear your team would honor any issues which may come up in the first year. Clearly you are misrepresenting your products and do not stand behind them. I will NOT be purchasing another board or recommending this product to friends and other boats in my community.

GBGreat product, excellent service. Ordered the base board with the 9hp motor and the larger battery with the classic wing at the end of July. It arrived about 3 weeks later and I've been out on it twice. The first time, I noticed something odd about the mounting bolts and sent a picture and video to Foil support. They responded within an hour. The second time, a had an issue with my mast. As with the first time, I sent a picture and video to Foil support and they responded within an hour and told me they would repair my powertrain and were sending a box out to me. The board is incredibly fun. I've had friends and siblings ride it and they love it. I'm very pleased with the prompt service and support I've received and I look forward to many more rides in the future.

GBHad a terrible experience with their… Had a terrible experience with their sister company Snackcrate. Ripped us off due to very unclear advertising and charged high cancellation fees that were not clear at all. Looks like the owners of this are in it for a quick buck.
