There was zero communication when I… There was zero communication when I sent an email when the website stated they would respond within 24 hours. The produce was ok. Made of cheap materials. However, there is no protection for electronic devices, which was very disappointing.

Tried contacting someone when my order… Tried contacting someone when my order was placed and my email was blocked by their server. Also it's been a week and no update on my order. Don't have much confidence I'll receive my order.
