Received a 2 piece suit set for… Received a 2 piece suit set for Christmas, it was damaged on the inside seam upon arrival (poor quality sewing) and they wouldn’t allow me to return or exchange for a different one. They said it had “been inspected before it left the warehouse so it couldn’t have been torn.” They offered $69 back which was basically useless since the suit ended up being nearly $300. Terrible return policies.

I looking for such a one piece snowsuit… I looking for such a one piece snowsuit I like for a long time. I love the color and style of the ski suit. It is beatiful and perfect insulated that you don't need to wear many layers inside to be warm. Love love this snow suit!!! The color is perfect. I can tell this snowsuits will keep me warm in the snow because within the 10 mins I tried it on at home, I was already sweating. Can’t wait to go snow playing in 2 weeks! And of course bragging about this snow suite to friends. Great quality, highly recommended!!

Suit looks exactly as on the picture and it is of a great quality. Snowverb is definitely my favourite brand now! Compliments for the great service.

POOR QUALITY DONT BUY HERE I received a winter jacket on December 7. I did not use the jacket until December 16. The wrist strap of the jacket was completely torn. Clearly made very poorly so I requested a refund. They told me that I should have requested the refund right on delivery, as they “thoroughly check products, and the coat must have been worn”. Even if I wore the coat if the sleeve is ripping off 11 days after I receive it- the product is bad quality. They told me they cannot offer a refund, when their policy clearly states to contact within 14 days of delivery, which I did. They suggested I go to a tailor for a coat that is brand new LOL. I'm never usually fussed about things like this but the customer service blows, don't buy here.

Either dishonest about shipping, or scam site... Website is less than honest about shipping. I'm not even sure they do ship. It appears they charge your card, create a shipping label, provide tracking numbers, but do not ship. Ten days after placing my order, neither UPS or USPS have record of the tracking numbers provided by snowverb. I definitely recommend staying away from this company. I'm guessing they are selling stuff that still sitting on a ship from China - or just taking our money.
