I bought a snow skiing jumpsuit last… I bought a snow skiing jumpsuit last December and I got a lot of praises from my neighbors. I like to wear it taking my dogs outside in the evenings and even in the raining days. So convenient and high quality! Highly recommended!

Received a 2 piece suit set for… Received a 2 piece suit set for Christmas, it was damaged on the inside seam upon arrival (poor quality sewing) and they wouldn’t allow me to return or exchange for a different one. They said it had “been inspected before it left the warehouse so it couldn’t have been torn.” They offered $69 back which was basically useless since the suit ended up being nearly $300. Terrible return policies.

Poor Quality - Do Not Buy I got this ski jacket for Christmas and didn't use it until the beginning of February to go skiing. I have used it twice and the main zipper broke off. One of the Velcro pieces on the flap overlay of the main zipper is already coming off. Lastly, on the left arm there is a zipper pocket that has some stain that has become present around the whole pocket. I contacted Snowverb and they won't do anything because they go off the delivery date. They didn't even try to make anything right. There products are made cheap and sold at a price that doesn't represent the craftsmanship. Do not buy their products as they are inferior to competitors like North Face.

Despite me transfering more and more money onto my card to pay it kept coming up declined. I contacted the site and asked what was wrong and they said they only accept USD conversion. So with USD to AUD conversion PLUS shipping cost the actual cost of purchasing was astronomical! Very sneaky way of scamming people out of more money!
