Confusing app; unresponsive support What should be simple tasks are non-intuitive and basic features are non-existent. I submitted a support request and still haven’t received a response after two weeks and multiple follow up messages. Not impressed with Tootris whatsoever.

Review of employer sponsored Child Care This was given to our company as a new benefit for 2024 and I just finally got around to using it. I access through a portal, and it shows me child care programs in my area. Anyone in SC knows there's not a lot around but surprisingly we were actually able to find a program that picked our daughter up from school and kept her in the center until either my wife or I grabbed it. The process from start to finish took about a week and my company is covering some of the costs (about 25%). There's a mobile app but I havent used it.
