I'm a Business Development consultant new to the recruitment/staffing industry and have found Agency Leads to be a very user friendly and valuable tool. In addition, the client service team is #1. Quadruple dialing?? I am not even sure how they got my information (im assuming from data mining LinkedIn) in the first place but I was text regarding their services a couple of times, I finally replied to the text from "Saul" and after that I was called over and over again, finally today during a meeting "Saul" called me literally 4 times in a row, I kept declining the call but I finally answered telling him to kick rocks. Anyone reading this, you can get services similar or better then theirs cheaper and without the harassment... Keep looking!

Customer Service Matters I was looking into starting my own agency and connected with Anthony about the products and services AL offers. Anthony was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to work with. Further, he was on time send called to follow up every time he said he would (which is unfortunately rare). In the end, I chose a different direction for my business, but as soon as I need their service AL has my business based solely on the customer service I received during this process.
