B52 smith Machine Packages arrived is a couple weeks. Setup was not too difficult, took me 4-5 hours. The project appears sturdy and well made. Have only lightly used it, but I will certainly put it to the test. So far no complaints, only positive reviews

All boxes shipped super fast, the entire rack was so easy to put together (I got the B52 so one of the more complex) and when I thought I was missing a part customer support was so quick to help resolve (turns out I forgot to open one of the bags and I actually had the part). The rack is very sturdy and even being 6'5" I don't feel like it's too small for me like a lot of other equipment I've tried from online sellers.

Received a damaged bench Received a damaged bench. They sent me part of the bench to replace a portion of what was damaged. They said that they didn’t have any replacement pads in stock and offered me a $50 gift card. This does not cover the cost of the bench and they did nothing else to solve the issue. They blamed it on shipping and said they would talk to them. Doesn’t help me

I purchased both the B2 smith machine… I purchased both the B2 smith machine and the bench. I'm extremely happy with the purchase. I like the versatility of the equipment, as well as the quality of the whole thing. I would recommend to anyone looking for a home gym.

Satisfied with purchase Prompt delivery. Boxes generally in good condition. Would be 5 stars but the included instructions are very basic which could be a problem if your not a handy person.
