Unfortunate
GBReceived a damaged bench Received a damaged bench. They sent me part of the bench to replace a portion of what was damaged. They said that they didn’t have any replacement pads in stock and offered me a $50 gift card. This does not cover the cost of the bench and they did nothing else to solve the issue. They blamed it on shipping and said they would talk to them. Doesn’t help me

GBI purchased both the B2 smith machine… I purchased both the B2 smith machine and the bench. I'm extremely happy with the purchase. I like the versatility of the equipment, as well as the quality of the whole thing. I would recommend to anyone looking for a home gym.

GBThe equipment is certainly of higher… The equipment is certainly of higher quality. Any stationary equipment is solid. Moving parts with the cable pulleys and weight trolly do not move smoothly so that's mildly frustrated. Much to be desired for assembly instructions as well. I think the typical person can get along but better instruction would speed up the process. Overall I am quite pleased, just offering up some QA for forward thinking on projects.

GBEverything was good except one… Everything was good except one misalignment. And customer service isn't that great. I accidentally ordered the wrong lever arms and they wouldn't simply order me the new mount points thar would easily swap out. Willing to pay extra to avoid having to pack it all up and shop back. I simply have no time for that. Customer Service didnt care to attempt to do what i asked. Seems like a much cheaoer option for everyone involved. B52 is what i got.

GBFrom Shipment to Setup - Simple The packaging was top notch and the item showed up on the date it was supposed to show up. The installation was simple with easy to follow directions - both on paper and online. We made use of the unit immediately and can't wait to start living a healthier lifestyle and continue adding to our home gym.
