No Communication No Communication There has been no communication on status of the order and we have not yet received it. We would think you would wait until receipt before asking how you did. Any help in tracking the shipment and understanding why is is on hold would be appreciated.

Pilates Matters has a great selection… Pilates Matters has a great selection of equipment, and I love my new Merrithew Spine Corrector. However, the shipping time was a bit longer than I anticipated. Customer service was responsive and kept me updated, which I appreciated.

I have to say I am over the moon. The quality is exceptional and they have a beautiful precense in my studio.
