GBVery poor customer service Very poor customer service. ☹ Takes a very long time for them to respond. See other reviews where they placed the blame on us customers. 🤨 From their reply they tell me they're getting tons of messages from customers. Yep I believe that because they are so shady!

GBGlad to have finally found a replacement part Expensive for an used part, but grateful nonetheless that they were able to send it to me. Now, if only someone in my family would use the danged elliptical machine, as it's taking up a lot of room in my garage.
