GBExcellent Service So Far I was doing research on treadmills and had settled on a particular model. I had a few questions and the chat notification popped up. Jason Mercado was on the other end and was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions on specs, warranty and anything else I needed. He gave me his email and was very responsive and patient in the coming weeks. He was also able to help me find a better fitness solution at a comparable price. I hope shipment, delivery and installation go as smoothly as the buying process.

GBJason was very helpful Jason was very helpful. I talked with him several times. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had some time to decide on what I needed and so as questions came up I asked and he was very prompt with a response. I felt very confident that he was providing me with great information and wonderful customer service. I went to several stores in town (big box and privately owned) and they did not provide the knowledge, patience, or customer service that I got with Jason. Other online stores were not very helpful and treated customers like an assembly line with the responses to questions etc. Jason is the reason I selected your company and the product because I felt confident that I had someone I could reach out to and rely on.
