GBLove sweat from home Love sweat from home. The trainers make sure to always keep you pushing and wanting you to do better. Unlike a lot of inline classes, they make sure the look at form and if something needs fixing they’ll always tell you how to make those little tweaks. The classes have always been expanding and giving more times and availability with this ever changing world going on. They’ve made working out from home fun and making it feel much more like a community than just taking a regular class.

GBSweat From Home has been a saving grace… Sweat From Home has been a saving grace during the pandemic. It's been fantastic to watch the evolution of class times and types over the past six months. Having not one but two coaches interacting during class providing feedback has been invaluable. Cant wait for the next class in the zoom room!

GBDon't know the coaches? Doesn't matter! Most people that attend SFH classes have taken in-person classes with these coaches, so they know them pretty well. I, on the other hand, have never taken an in-person class with any of these coaches, but I feel like I know them just as well! I think that's the biggest testament to the interactiveness and inclusivity of the SWH coaches! Finding motivation to workout at home is TOUGH, but these guys make you want to show up - great people, great atmosphere, and a GREAT workout!

GBI’ve been a devotee of Sweat from Home… I’ve been a devotee of Sweat from Home from the very beginning. Since late March – when gyms shut down in NYC and the company was founded – I’ve taken more than 120 classes. It’s my daily workout of choice (well, almost daily) because you get real-time, individualized instruction from great coaches as well as energy and a sense of community from working out live with a group – while having the convenience (and safety) of being at home. I love the three head coaches – Kyle, Brendan and Bethany. And since I hang out with almost no one these days, sometimes I feel like they’re my best friends :)

GBThe best workout you can get at home - no question! I was a total studio junkie pre-pandemic, and tried *all* of the home workout options when everything shut down. SFH is the only one I've stuck with. They have totally mastered using Zoom to give a real sense of connection and camaraderie. The workouts go by so quickly, and are extremely affective. They offer lots of modifications/options to level-up or down, which makes the workout more personalized than other classes. And, they're just good people! Definitely take a class - you won't regret it.
