After several emails they acknowledged wrong item sent. It's been 3 months since original order. Still never received. Was told item was lost in shipment and was offered a 30% discount and free shipping. Over 90 days item should be at no cost. This company should be out of business soon!

Appalling customer service, poor quality product and classic runaround tactics when trying to resolve issues. I purchased 3 of the Korescale gen 2… I purchased 3 of the Korescale gen 2 scales for Christmas not realizing that they require a subscription of $20 per month for each scale. That is $720 per year!! I requested a return right away (on December 25th) and I got one email with a general response of "I will have a manager get back to you within 24hours" I have sent several more requests - NO response since. A friend suggested me to buy the… A friend suggested me to buy the koretrak watch some months ago to follow up my fitness progress. Since then, I found out that the koretrak can do way more - I can check some health metrics, sync with my cellphone for notifications, and track my sleep data. Great purchase for an incredible price.

Some Disappointments. Like some others have experienced, my watch flashes on without me activating it. Somewhat of a nuisance during the night. Also, the watch band has to be the most difficult to do up that i have ever experienced. An improved band needs to be looked at. I know another person who bought the watch, and was so annoyed with the difficult band that she ended up giving the watch to her 7 year old granddaughter.
