The vibes in the locations will not motivate you enough to want to come to the gym. THEN! When you decide to cancel.... That "GREAT DEAL" that you have. when you first get the membership, turns out to be a whole SET UP. They make their profit from those who don't really care about their money's worth / gym experience. Terrible. WATCH OUT PEOPLE.

Disgusting … I’m only adding a star to my original 1 star review, because their gym was spotless! Super clean, specially during COVID. The store manager was polite and understanding. However when I explained the billing issue I had they truly did not give a rats a**. I explained what I was charged was not what Incas told, “oops too bad doesn’t matter you signed the contract. Should’ve read it” Legit disgusting behavior.

Great quality for the price! Kind of packed at evenings and during weekends but for this price you can't really get anything better!

Amazing value for NYC Clean, reliable, affordable. Can't get better value in NYC. Better if you're able to train during non-peak hours.

BEWARE There is a disgusting older man of Latin descent, who works at the desk, who when he had not seen me for a couple of weeks, said he was going to come to my job and look for me. In my opinion, this is considered stalking. Why would you come to my place of business? Why would you lear at me in a disgusting manner without any invitation whatsoever on my end when I went to leave yesterday this disgusting old man called me by my first name which my own mother does not even use I feel violated. Something should be done about him and his behavior not to mention the locker room and the bathroom are always filthy. They let young children walk around and take their shirts off the place reeks as if of an outhouse. The smell of cheap cologne is everywhere. There is every manner of Undress going on in this facility Paper towels and trash on the floor toilets not flushed dirt everywhere. Add that to the perverted member of staff at the desk and this is a place I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.
