Ordered November 2022 and still haven’t… Ordered November 2022 and still haven’t received order. Tried contacting customer service by email and nothing. Very frustrating and annoying. Get it together Project Jawline

Terrible Shipping took a long time. Once I received this item, I tried it for 3 days. Even though on the first day the crystals were stuck to my teeth. I tried putting them in the refrigerator as suggested and had the same issue. This did not work for me at all. I have sent a couple different emails, requesting a refund and wanting to send these back and can not get a response. So I would also say their customer service is lacking. These may work for others, but definitely did not for me.

Absolutely Awful I would like to request a refund. This product is awful. The taste is terrible, and what isn’t stuck in my teeth is stuck on my hands from trying to remove it from my mouth. Total rip-off. Please refund full amount.

Good product inconvenient shipping Project Jawline seems to be a good product. Not a drastic difference within the first week of using the product which is expected but it is working. The only problem I had was my experience with shipping. I paid $7 for expedited shipping and I received the package two weeks later. It took a week for them to ship my order from their warehouse which in my opinion isn’t time efficient considering the extra fee I paid.

It has been nearly a month and I have… It has been nearly a month and I have yet to receive my order as well as I paid for expedited shipping. About 3 weeks ago they gave me a tracking number and it hasn’t moved spots at all. Waste of time and money I would like a refund.
