GBShopping and backordered issues Package was lost by shipping company. Not totally Hireko's fault but still frustrating. Also, order several of a specific setting grip. Approx half of the grips were put on backorder without my knowing. When I asked about it, I was told they are no longer available. The half order will do me no good as these are for a complete set of irons and now anything else I order won't match. I should have been notified and given a chance to change the whole order.

GBWhat's not to like What's not to like? I've been a customer of Hireko for the past 25 years. Being a left-handed golfer, clubs are hard to come by. I have made three sets of clubs for myself. It is great that the products: shaft, clubhead and grips have been mostly available except during the shipping issues during COVID. Pricing is attractive and the clubs came out great.
