Long time to ship product. When I placed my order, it took several days before I received shipping notification. I did email the company when my order would be shipped but no reply. It wasn't until my 2nd email that I finally received a reply that it takes 3-5 business days to process the order. I guess I'm spoiled by other companies who ship out orders immediately. Two of their competitors, Value Golf & Monark ship out the same or next day. They have a great catalog but I will think twice before ordering from Hireko.

Shopping and backordered issues Package was lost by shipping company. Not totally Hireko's fault but still frustrating. Also, order several of a specific setting grip. Approx half of the grips were put on backorder without my knowing. When I asked about it, I was told they are no longer available. The half order will do me no good as these are for a complete set of irons and now anything else I order won't match. I should have been notified and given a chance to change the whole order.
