It would take one day for the company to get back to me and this went on after several emails were sent to resolve. I finally received my order 3 weeks later.

Brad contacted me the same day and I was able to purchase my P2 grip the following morning. Top notch service for this day and age imho.

GBGreat customer service! Great customer service! I received my package and was one grip short through a small packing error. The day after receiving my package I was contacted by there customer service asking if I was short 1 grip because they found an error. They had the 1 missing grip in the mail right away and was all hassle free. I wouldn't expect these errors to occur often but its nice to know they are on top of things if an error were to occur.
