CABuyer Beware - Won't get what you think you ordered Terrible customer service. Budget site with odds and ends of clearouts. Sizing is off half the time, and of my 6 orders 3 came with the wrong items. Then to address the miss ships offered credit and denied refund. Buyer beware.

CAEye-catching prices but not a fan of the pre-order push... Made one order with them for a JL windbreaker vest. Size was a lot different than previous JL products I have purchased in the same but i know JF can run down a size when it comes to their slim fit. It did arrive roughly on time and quality seemed about right. A bit lighter than described. I am personally wary of all the pre-order offers. Pricing is crazy low (unbeatable) but in a pre-order scenario there would appear to be a built-in excuse for delivery delays while they enjoy the cash flow from your pre-purchase payment. I prefer to buy what is in stock. You do get 3-4 emails a day. Which can get to be a bit much especially when you get the follow-up ‘we noticed your we’re looking...’ or ‘but now before they are all gone...’ emails as well. But you can always ask to be removed.

GBI have purchased woman’s golf clothes… I have purchased woman’s golf clothes two times from this site. The first was a puma skirt I already owned in a different colour. Great price, delivery did take an extra long time. Once arrived it did not have the same pockets that the store bought one I have did. (Missing back pocket). A year later I found pants I was looking for at a great price. Again delivery was about two months after ordering. Then the pants also did not come as described on the website (missing pockets). I contacted customer service this time. They responded and I returned the ones I got and they sent me new ones that were specifically supposed to have been checked and have the pocket. This exchange process was brutally slow btw. Once the replacement pants came they also had no pockets. So what I see here is that the clothes they have are not the quality and are certainly substandard or pieces that did not make it to the retail store for a reason. Don’t waste your money waiting for something that is not going to be what it is supposed to. I have to say although slow, customer service did respond with an apology and sent me a $10 GC that I will never use.

CATerrible customer service Terrible customer service. They will SPAM your inbox out of control. There's some good deals to be had but buyer beware. If you need any after sales service, return, or anyone to contact you for that matter you will be waiting a long time.

GBThe failed to respond to the item i… The failed to respond to the item i returned. Issued a credit and then failed to honor it. They email stating they will respnd in a day....never happened. Straight ripoff. Stay away from this company.
