Best platform in my experience! goLance is simply the best freelance platform out there. I’ve used a number of different platforms over the years, and nothing compares to the ease of use, quality of clients, and customer support. I also should notice that goLance grows really fast. GoWallet recently had an amazing UI update and brought some cool new features like virtual cards and list of transactions. It gives transparency, so I can easily see my transactions history and manage my balance.

My only concern is that I was asked to verify my identity which I did but it kept bringing out error message. I contacted support and to my greatest surprise the issue was resolved. The Fastest Billing and Payment Processing for Freelance Platforms There were some issues with payment processing before but they were one or two isolated cases. In general, this site offers the fastest billing and payment processing for all freelance platforms. The previous work week will be billed by next week and the funds can be withdrawn then. Other platforms will have you wait for two weeks to finalize the work week hours and then another week (or less) for the payment to be finally on your local bank account.

As a client I don't recommend golance So I'm a client looking to hire freelancers. I posted a couple of hiring ads & 90% of these freelancers just ignore the hiring ad & then spam a generic cover letter ignoring my needs & questions. Unfortunately a good 75% of the online freelance space, but it seems worse on golance. During this time I got sick (still am sick in fact) & the next thing I know, I'm locked out of my account. I managed to somehow get their evil AI bot to get me a ticket opened & asked what was going on. golance pretty much accused me of whatever they accused me of, their exact words were "Your account was flagged due to suspicious activity. Our department of Risk & Compliance has banned you from our platform due to not verifying via Persona." No clue what Persona is, nor did they explain what it was. They didn't ask me ANY questions, didn't even want to hear my side of the story about anything & just closed the ticket. WOW They just cost freelancers potential work & me being able to hire freelancers. I guess there's soooo much work out there for freelancers these days (we know there's not), they don't care if they just cost them jobs. As a client, I don't recommend this unprofessional RUSH TO JUDGE company. Any company that doesn't actually TALK to their customers isn't a company anyone should want to deal with. That's the problem with some online companies, they are full of fear, they accuse human beings of things that aren't true, & they don't even have the intelligence & respect to talk things out. SMH
