Paul performed a SAP background screen and decided to offer me a long term opportunity for a joint Utility SAP Project. Paul immediately created the interviews, coached and prepared me and scheduled accordingly. There was some doubt about one of the interviewers regarding the recency if my utility experience. I confirmed my knowledge with Paul and he pressed forward. The Contract was confirmed within a few days from our start.
