Great experience with HRC! My experience with HRC is great and I highly recommend doing your J1 experience through them! From the first call with them to my arrival in the US, the process only took two months and I felt well-supported throughout.

Waste and inconsiderate They start the process very well and get you a placement however once they get your money the visa process and team couldn’t care less. The property that you get hired does not even bother to answer, paper work takes forever and HRC does not give any advice on how you should apply for the visa they don’t help with the housing and you’re just expected to pay pay pay. They do some students paperwork faster than other I had to follow up so many many times and I only received appear work 1 and a half weeks before I was supposed to be in the US, they expect you to pay the priority emergency appointment fee even if it’s there fault for the delay of paperwork. My country had no appointments available to even get an emergency appointment and they just didn’t care. They are just robbers, the sales team will sell you the program beyond well after that it’s all south.

Why choosing HRC and not another company ? Thanks to HRC, I will be starting to work with a J1 Visa in Washington DC at the beginning of May for a full year. All the people that I've worked with at this company (especially Ashley Angcon 🙂) were very friendly, fast to answer, clear and understandable in every situations. It has been the less stressful process I've done (by far!) for a long time! You can put a full trust into their competences.

Robbers!! this company is the worst and expensive one. They require you for a lot of money but do nothing. They send you to the worst jobs and imprison you. The hotel I work for does not understand hotel management. I reported them to HRC but they did nothing. Now they threaten to send me to my country if I can't find a job myself. We have a contract. We will sue these people if necessary. It's their fault. We do not return until we finish our program. Robbers!!

I had the privilege of being assisted… I had the privilege of being assisted by HRC International during my journey to the United States as a hospitality professional, and I can't express my gratitude enough for the support they provided. Sonia, in particular, has been an exceptional mentor. Her unwavering dedication and willingness to help with every aspect of the process have been invaluable. The entire team at HRC was equally supportive.I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have crossed paths with HRC International in my career, and I extend my heartfelt thanks for everything they have done for me. This experience has been truly transformative, and I look forward to the continued growth in my hospitality career.
