Snap cycle the only brand you need After owning 2 snap cycle ebikes I really believe the quality the way their built and the support behind them you can't get much more for your money. In saying that when I decided to get a ebike I new nothing but what I read. So I headed out to 5 different ebike shops and in a short amount of time figured out snapcycle was the company to buy from so if you are looking go ahead and compare specs on their bikes to others and you'll also see how I came to that conclusion. But the best part is owning these 2 ebikes that are fun to ride.

Fast shipment Snapcycle shipped quickly and the bike was delivered in 4 days. Haven’t unpacked it yet but the packaging looks fine. Only issue I had was when I asked pre-purchase questions. I felt like I was getting “sales speak” rather than straight forward answers. Very insulting. I was however happy when I called after the purchase. Hopefully the bike will perform to acceptably.

Pegasus Call customer service and they were excellent!!! Resolved my problem without any incident! Talk with Michael and explain that, They sent me a solid seat post. When I want was a suspension seat post. And my throttle lock was sticking and didn't work properly. And he immediately will send me both products.👏👏👏 Kudos to customer service!!! 👍👍👍
