Great high quality product The duster is high quality and very well made. I had to contact customer service due to a shipping address mistake and they responded in a very timely fashion. Absent customer service I got sent a coupon code for my “first purchase” the day after my purchase. I’ve emailed twice asking if I could return my current purchase and re-buy with the coupon or have it honored and haven’t hard back but keep getting emails asking for reviews.
