GBSizing should be more specific or changed to accommodate US standards I recently bought myself two women's road cycling jerseys. I had previously ordered a jersey for my husband and was very impressed with the quality of the top. However, I was disappointed in the sizing of the woman's jersey. The site indicated that they ran small, so I sized up one and should have gone two, as it is very snug. Otherwise, the quality of the shirt is wonderful. I love that it has 3 pockets and a full zipper.

AUPoorly placed chamois I purchased the women’s cycling underwear briefs, the shape of the brief fitted okay but the chamois was in the wrong area of the briefs with no padding under my sit bones or other contact areas on the saddle. Instead all of the padding sat high across my butt and the not where it was supposed to be. It was the most uncomfortable mtb ride ever and I have been cycling for 20 years.

AUGreat products/returns challenging but got there! I have bought two short sleeve shirts and a long sleeve jersey from OCG. All are of great quality. The long sleeve was too big and I have had similar experiences as others have regarding returns. Emails/phone messages not answered. The best way to contact them is via their website (their returns portal does not work) and send a message under help/contact us. Eventually I got a return message, a link to a new invoice (you pay 20% only and keep the original to give away). All worked well in the end and I would use them again as their range is so good.

GBThe thing I appreciated most was the reliable sizing The thing I appreciated most was the normal sizing of these cycling clothes. I ordered 2 beautiful cycling jerseys (from the tarot card series) and they fit just as I expected them to. I've had some disappointment with cycling clothes running way too small. This will keep me coming back.

ZAExcellent customer service Excellent customer service, even with our time zone difference! The product however had s couple quirks. The men’s shirts with sleeves were fine for the most part. Sleeveless shirts were usuallly too large, especially for the women. Colors were fantastic!
