I ordered this over a month ago and… I ordered this over a month ago and still haven’t received it. I spoke to someone on the phone and they were very rude and dismissive saying it was lost they had no idea where it was with yodel and couldn’t give me a refund or send out a replacement until it was returned. I need this for my horses bad back. The lady was very unhelpful offering no solution on how we can resolve this I am very upset and frustrated with this company.

The best saddle pads.... These are by far the best saddle pads I've used. I have some which are probably 15-20 years old. They seem to fit well under different types of saddle, don't rub or slide back and they wash extremely well. I recommend them to everyone! They seem to disperse weight a lot better than other brands and suit sensitive horses. Happy horses, happy saddler and happy owner! Quick delivery and great customer service too!
