Plenty of power and longevity. customer service was very helpful by answering all my quetions. the test of time will be the real test so i will add more once i put the summer bihind me. decided to go electric….. A few months ago my wife and I decided to go electric, bikes that is. After searching through many different companies I came across Haoqi e-bikes. I found the designs to be stylish and comfortable and also easy to assemble, (comes 90% assembled) I’ve had to contact the support folks over a minor thing and found them incredibly helpful in real time. We have been working with Haoqie for over a year now, we are pleased with their determination to make things right when there is a problem. We were pleased with the price and quality of their bikes, also if we had questions or needed parts, they bent over backwards to get us the correct parts and trusted us to get the bike corrected. I can't say enough, how much they care for their customers to be happy with their bikes. A company that cares about their customers and quality bikes. That to me is a 5 star rating.
