Shipping was quick and as presented Shipping was quick and as presented. I now own 3 of these. My first started coming apart and I lost some of the Allen head screws (2) that hold the picatiny rail to top of the tri-pod. Would be nice to be able to order small parts. That are correct. I couldn’t find anywhere what size or material used for these screws. I also couldn’t reach out for help. Web sight wouldn’t let me sign in. I’m working through my issues and I’ll make sure to double check that all hardware is secure in the future. One more note STOP using China to make your products.

Kjrests have excellent customer support Kjrests made it right by sending out a new Gripper Head after I sent back the initial one that had issues. Replacement head works perfectly and customer service was very responsive and helpful.
