Real World Riding Fundamental skills for MTB Beginners - Canada Woods Excellent day with Steve of Real World Riding at Canada Woods. Steve was very patient throughout the day explaining the techniques and correct posture for balance,cornering braking on an MTB. He works with you at your pace giving each participant individual advice. He takes tge time to show details on the trail of the type of hazards to look for and describes how to deal with trail features in a safe controlled manner. Can thouroughly recommend Steve as a coach and will use his services again.

Had a 1-2-1 coaching day at cathkin… Had a 1-2-1 coaching day at cathkin braes with Steve. I asked Steve to totally strip it back and start from the beginning with my riding. Explained everything really well and broke everything down perfectly. Feel like I improved already, now to crack on with the home work. 5 ⭐️ from me.

Great course! Highly recommend this course, and Steve. I’m definitely not a natural biker and was booked on the course by my husband (who is a keen biker). The course with Steve was fab and I really enjoyed it. Small group numbers meant it was not intimidating in any way. Day was structured logically, with a gradual build up of skills and then putting those skills into practice on the trails. It was a really good foundation to begin biking. If you’ve always wanted to try mountain biking but weren’t sure where to start then this is the course for you!!
