GBChris was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! Chris was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! I don’t have ENOUGH great things to say about my customer experience with him!! I needed an entire ski gear outfit for a very short-notice upcoming ski trip. I have never been skiing before so I had absolutely NO IDEA what I needed for the trip .. and even what sizes I needed for that matter! Chris walked me through everything I would need, gave me excellent recommendations while explaining everything to me along the way, so I could make a proper & informed choice. He himself even went and pulled some items off the shelves for me.. and made sure that my package was expedited in time to receive all my ski gear in time for my trip... THANK YOU Chris for doing all you did so I can be properly dressed & all geared up in time for my trip.. and so I can stay WARM!! I’ve never experienced more EXEMPLARY customer service!!

GBTried to order a jacket 3 times online… Tried to order a jacket 3 times online with Rocky Mountain. It kept charging my card and then cancelling off of my card. Tried to call the number on the website several times only to get a recording that says "an voice mail box had not been set up". Seriously? Lastly, I left a message for the "Chat" person about sizing and still haven't received a response back
