GBordered four items from Unigear ordered four items from Unigear, order page said email will be sent with tracking info, (i thought items would be sent from USA) Had to pay a charge by my bank to exchange from USD to GBP. items arrived posted from UK in short time, about 10 days for all, items were sent separately with no email on tracking until all items had arrived. chat box on web page gave no replies, 5 stars due to minimum delivery time all items well packed and keen prices.

GB20 L dry bag I received a 20 L dry bag as a gift and the buckle broke the first time I used it. I contacted Unigear customer service three times in an attempt to get the item replaced without success. These products are made with inferior materials and the company does not stand behind the products they sell. Do not buy their merchandise.

GBA great service thank you good… A great service thank you good communication. The product looks excellent and robust, I have gone to try it out on a DoE adventure but then had to pack up so I did not get to try it out overnight.
