I thought it commendable that this company stepped up; apologized for the problem/delay; and even offered a concession to re-store my Trust and Confidence. GBI ordered two boxes of enviro logs I ordered two boxes of enviro logs. I only recieved one box. I was charged for two. I have not found a way to talk to someone about fixing this error.
