I can access the portal on the go and view all my invoices, vacancy performance stats, package info etc. there is an option to even purchase packages Online. I Definitely recommend this agency . Will use again!

Excellent!!! Wow! We have a variety of vacancies posted on different packages and hired a few candidates which normally would cost thousands! I love the concept of recruiting various candidates at only one campaign cost. Very refreshing tech allows me to recruit anytime, anywhere. Alison has been fantastic and it's nice to not receive constant pushy, pointless phone calls from recruiters. Client World allows me to recruit at my own pace.

AVOID complete scam AVOID complete scam. We brought a bronze package from them. Notified them we could not see the add on day 2 of going live. They said they will look into it. We got several staff to search for the Job listings as if they were searching for a job, they couldn’t find it, not even when specifically searching on Indeed. We took screenshots of the searches and sent them over. We asked them to check the area as again when we all search we could not see the jobs. We asked for it to be investigated as we had more staff look for the job and none of us could find it! We raised concerns over the placement of the add several times and were brushed off. Little to no effort was made to rectify the problem. We received indeed CVs from several people who did not apply for the job, we believe these to have been taken from indeed and sent to us. This was also communicated to recruitpedia and again we were brushed off. The campaign was a complete scam. Communication was shocking and felt like being ignored. They got paid and could not care less about delivering the service purchased. Further to this we had a credit on our account of £1000, we obviously would not use them again and requested a refund, this was bounced around with excuse after excuse, they refused to refund. When asked to have the managing directors details, we were told it was not a case for the MD and no details were given after several requests and making a formal complaint. They have since stopped communicating. And are still withholding our credit. Avoid, complete scam, appalling customer service.

Excellent results Very impressed with the service - it was friendly, quick and easy, inexpensive, and most importantly, we got the candidates we needed. The online portal for managing applicants was easy to use and quite comprehensive. And even after the adverts have expired, I still have access to the CVs and information, so I can check back in whenever I want to. Highly recommended recruitment company.
