When I spoke with him he was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and really just a joy to work with. The customer service he provided me, information updates every step of the way, clear communication at every turn, was simply outstanding. GBSo far my experience as a dealer was… So far my experience as a dealer was less then prefect. You guys promised us to deliver the firearm in 120 days which was June well into COVID-19 Pandemic.. 120 days came and gone still no product. 3 days ago I received an email stating that you guys finally shipped my customers firearm and there is still no firearm... and what's even a lot more weird is no tracking # to be found either. You have to realize any communication I receive from you guys I turn around and inform my customer with the new updates... Now, thanks to you guys I lost my customers trust..! Good job!
